With over 30 years’ background in learning and development, across many sectors and the globe, Tony brings a wealth of experience and expertise to all of his coaching and development work. Originally a business graduate, he has British psychological society and chartered institute of development qualifications to his name.

Tony set up his own learning and development company in 2000; he has facilitated brilliantly received sessions in all corners of the globe and across lots of sectors (pharmaceuticals, NHS, financial services, architecture, legal, retail, manufacturing). Group development sessions and facilitation are definitely his “favourite work”. He brought his experience to bear for really successful Russell Partnership sessions, for groups from financial services and business to business sectors amongst others. He’s a qualified people development professional (IPD) and occupational psychologist; and he references real experience in people management and leadership. Tony is from “up north” and loves rugby league and northern soul music, and when he’s not travelling far and wide also paints and sketches avidly.
