These words of wisdom are what reminds him of his dad, Cyril, who passed away when Terry was 27, and has inspired him to help people grow, build high performing teams and help organisations create incredible cultures.

As a consultant and coach he has worked with companies from a broad range of sectors over the last 25 years including Rightmove, Nationwide Building Society, JTI, Just-Eat, Funding Circle, Prodigy Finance, Nested, Mambu and ComplyAdvantage.
