Geraldine is an executive coach working with senior leaders and their teams.

  • They are 'knee deep' in the doing and finding it difficult to focus on the future strategy

With 25 years business experience, mostly in international hospitality, plus some time in professional services and construction, Geraldine had lead teams, projects and change initiatives in the Middle East, Far East, Eastern Europe and the UK.

She brings her experiences from this and her consultancy work to her current clients. These range from executives based globally and in London, to country teams in Shanghai and Johannesburg and many places in-between. Geraldine is currently working with senior leaders in banking, FMCG, oil & gas, the hotel and charity sectors.

As well as learning and developing her professional skills, Geraldine is currently learning to paint - a process she is finding both joyful and frustrating!
