FACILITATOR & COACH

Cordelia has over seventeen years experience as a professional coach and facilitator. 

After an exceptionally successful fifteen-year career with one of the UK’s largest retailers, she has been fortunate enough to work with some of the largest and smallest organisations in the world as a consultant, coach, and facilitator.

Her heart lies in working with individuals and teams, but she has been known to take the stage on occasion delivering workshops to larger audiences. 

Others have described her as displaying a strong intuition which compliments her unique ability to combine warmth, humour and respect with skill, insight, and a flair for gentle yet incisive challenge.

Having worked in several senior and regional roles she could see there was a wider need for leadership development and left to set up my own consultancy.  Working as a consultant, facilitator, and coach she has undertaken a range of programs, including designing, and leading a 2-year leadership and cultural change program that was rolled out to all levels of management in a nationwide company.

She has led, designed, and delivered leadership and cultural change programmes for senior managers and directors across several sectors including energy, FMCG, service industries and banking.
