She uses awareness based techniques to enable her clients to access their full set of resources to be resilient, confident leaders with personal impact. Stefanie has experience in 360 feedback coaching, developing career paths as well as empowering female leaders during career transition. She has experience to help leaders cultivate a coaching mindset and using the concepts of emotional intelligence and emotional safety to develop their teams and talent. Using the Co-Active Model in coaching she helps clients to experience a fulfilled live with balance and perspectives while integrating emotional awareness.
