Client Success Manager

Born in South Africa, Litara has spent most of her early years travelling, living in new places and playing any sport she could. During her schooling, she developed a passion for psychology, leading her to pursue a BA in Psychology, which she completed in Cape Town. Upon completing this, she chose to mix her passion for psychology with her interest in business and undertake a Masters in Organisational Psychology, which brought her back to London. During her first year back in London, she worked in a SENCO department at a school until joining ‘The Russell Partnership’ in 2023 as part of the operations team.

As Client Success Manager, Litara is on hand to support our partners and our clients as we continue to grow as a company. She helps manage our projects and is also one of the main points of contact for partners for any question related to our programmes. Litara manages the logistics of our programmes ensuring we are set up for success.

Litara loves travelling, hanging out with her friends and reading a good book in her spare time.
