After the success of our flagship 'sweet and sour selling' programme, we went on to coach the executive team and create their management training and a global programme for sales directors. But there needed to be more.
To build a cohesive and high-performing team across the organisation, Just Eat needed to come together around a strong shared vision. We dug deep to help the team define their values and purpose, creating a 'lighthouse' which translated values into key behaviours. As employees understood and adopted a strong motivation for being part of the business, they were the driving force in accelerating growth.
