Coach
Evangelos focuses his coaching on empowering individual growth and leadership development. His philosophy is that leadership development is about leading yourself by knowing yourself. He is a true believer of Metanoia, an ancient Greek concept that means Transformation of Mind. Evangelos is certified by the International Coach Federation (ICF) since 2016 and currently holds the designation of Professional Certified Coach (PCC). He has a coaching style that his clients describe as warm, direct, and insightful.
Specialising in adult and leadership development, Evangelos is an accredited Leadership Circle practitioner, one of the most powerful 360 systems globally and a keen user of Immunity to Change coaching methodology. He focuses his work on increasing his clients’ self-awareness to support their transformation and growth.
Evangelos has 17 years of corporate experience in human resources, and he was the acting Head of HR for PwC in Athens and the Global Head of HR for Adam Smith International in London. He started his coaching career in 2015 at PwC when he was appointed as an executive coach to Genesis Park, the Global Leadership Development Program for high potential Senior Managers and Directors.
In 2019 he has made the transition from HR to Coaching and started providing leadership assessment and coaching to professionals and leaders around the globe. Since January 2020 he has worked with more than 400 professionals from different parts of the world, and he has more than 2000 hours of coaching experience. He has experience from the technology, manufacturing, consumer goods, media & advertising, professional services, financial services, and pharma industries.
He currently lives in Madrid and is passionate about philosophy, gastronomy, hiking, documentaries, films and travelling.
