Emma knows all there is to know about people development and recruitment. With a career that spans both in house and consultancy work, Emma brings a unique combination of 25 years' experience as a Business Psychologist, Facilitator & Resourcing Manager. Emma has a proven track-record of outstanding training and assessment design & delivery across a wide range of industries and sectors.
She has a relaxed way about her and a professionalism, which gets excellent results. Emma's delegates describe her style as "supportive, passionate and engaging". She has developed a reputation, in the words of her clients, for "providing a wealth of invaluable expertise, direction and counsel".
Her in-house career included setting up and managing large training teams, responsible for rolling out management and interpersonal training and she has a particular passion for helping individuals to achieve their career goals through personal insight and confidence. She runs a lot of team building and believes in energising teams through guided facilitation alongside experiential learning.
Emma is a trained actor and presenter and enjoys bringing live theatre into workshops and on workshop videos. She works with groups and individuals to improve their impact as part of leadership development and to support individual and career advancement.
Emma has a particular interest in emotional intelligence as the key to increasing behavioural and emotional awareness in order to improve thinking patterns and self-management.
Outside of work Emma puts her acting skills to use as a performer and also sings with a Jazz duo. When she's not singing for her supper, she's taking every travel opportunity possible and loves exploring.
