With more than 25 years of multidisciplinary experience, Dipak is perfectly placed to work effectively across a wide range of industries and roles. Bringing his unique background to life during his coaching sessions, Dipak is not only able to empathise with his clients, he is also able to draw on his own vast personal experiences in senior leadership roles to aid his clients' awareness on their own personal development journey. With eighteen years' experience in some of the world's leading Investment Banks and in Management Consulting (JPMorgan, JPMorgan Chase, Deutsche Bank, BP, Capco), Dipak has first-hand experience of the nuances and distinct challenges faced by individuals at all levels. He has operated at Board level in highly entrepreneurial business environments (COO & Commercial Director), and can easily relate to, and reference the unique set of challenges this also presents.
Dipak is a true 'people-person' with a natural ability to connect with people from any position or background and quickly establish a trusting relationship. His approach is holistic, drawing on his commercial, leadership, and corporate experiences, and combining them with an exploration of human consciousness, well-being, emotional intelligence, mindfulness and personal development. Dipak focuses on the 'whole person’ across all aspects of life. Through a combination of empathic listening, deep curiosity, caring challenge and positive reinforcement. He helps his clients unlock their true potential and reach new heights of self-awareness transforming their leadership, presence in the workplace, impact in their organisations and relationships and overall outlook on life and happiness.
